We are Illinois State Licensed and a MEMBER of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Additionally, we maintain memberships with; The International Code Council and The International Association of Electrical Inspectors for building code and residential phase inspections . In fact, we are the only inspection company in the area with residential certificates from both of these organizations (ICC & IAEI).
